Our first poll is simple: Which benefit of modular homes do you find most appealing? There are, after all, many rewards to “going modular”– from quicker build times to stronger, more durable construction to greater customization of your home’s design.

Though it is important to be environmentally friendly. The Stronger structure & inspections done on excel homes while inside. Keeps the bones of the product safe, dry and secure to the jobsite. No longer having to worry about delivers or no deliver from wholesalers or price increases do to demand and interest rate during construction. Makes for an ideal build out for me and the client.
That seems to be one of the biggest selling points we’ve seen too, Harold. Not only do Excel modular homes endure rigorous inspections before they leave the Excel facility, they’re inspected AGAIN by local inspectors after they’re delivered and set on the foundation.
