We bought our Massachusetts home from ZN Custom Builders. They built a master bath, over an unheated garage, surrounded by three exterior walls with NO INSULATION. Our water pipes have been frozen for weeks. They even remove insulation from parts of the modular portion during the construction (to run pipes) and closed the walls without replacing the insulation. There are better options for modular builders!

I am a retired builder that has had the opportunity to meet Michael Zenga. Over the years, I have had several opportunities to set up a Modular home or two. I can tell you this; Michael of ZN Custom Builders is sharp and knows what he is talking about when it comes to modular homes. We have had a few opportunities to speak and Michael is qualified to build a home and is better at it then most. One other thing going Modular it a smart move in today’s economy, It cost less and in most cases takes far lest time to build.
